Dr. Farzad Mostashari, National Coordinator for Health IT, opened the HIMSS Federal Networking Exchange event to welcome attendees.  The purpose of the event was to facilitate networking and matchmaking session between members of the Roundtable, potential business collaborators and government officials. Attendees also heard a brief welcome and event overview from the three co-chairs of the Diversity Business Roundtable including, Net New Growth’s CEO, Peggy McShane.
